ServisFirst Bank (In re Stanford), 2021 U.S. App. LEXIS 32503 (11th Cit. 2021).  The firm also recently prevailed in the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, successfully defending the Alabama Credit Union Administration in an appeal brought by terminated board members and employees of a conserved credit union: Carruth et al. v. Alabama Credit Union Administration, et al., Case No. 2200206 (Ala. Civ. App. 2021)(certiorari denied by Supreme Court of Alabama, Case No. 1200804 (Ala. 2021).
